A. Tolic starts to work as an unpaid assistant in the ORF's Central
Minorities' Desk..
Until 1991 he worked predominantly as cameraman. He commenced thereafter with his journalist career as ORF's editorial associate, reporter and camera reporter. He became the author of dozens of TV reports and features, as well as of several short documentaries and special broadcasts. About one year he acquired experience in radio-broadcasting. From 1995 on he worked mostly as the production manager and director of many ORF media and educational projects. He created and developed concepts, among others, in cooperation with UNICEF, Austrian Ministry of Education and Viennese pedagogues. He made concepts and developed numerous media-pedagogical and intercultural projects and participated in plenty of international expert workshops for media-literacy. In the period from 1997 to 2001 he supervised and directed three live events.
