Set-up Next Generation Film Network 2009-01-01 Goal of “Next Generation Film Network” (NGFN) is to set up a sustainable network of companies and research organisations to let the new paradigm of collaborative film making (‘prosumer concept’) become reality by creating the organisational framework and (further) developing the necessary technical infrastructure. The Network mobilises 7 Partners, 3 Austrian SMEs, 1 SME from Ukraine, and 1 SME, 1 NGO (Association), and 1 University from Serbia covering all competencies needed for establishing the first collaborative film festival and the underlying technical infrastructure. The new technology network is for the first time to strike a bridge of the ICT (Information and communication technologies) to the creative economy.
